omogo\u010da odjemalcem dostop do distribucijskega sistema zemeljskega plina. Cena za uporabo omre\u017eja je cena, ki jo odjemalec zemeljskega plina pla\u010da za dostop do distribucijskega sistema in je sestavljena iz omre\u017enine za distribucijo in omre\u017enine za meritve. ODS izvaja tudi ostale storitve (npr. izvedba odklopa in priklopa, uplinjanje plinskih instalacij, &#8230;).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agencija za energijo (v nadaljevanju Agencija)\u00a0regulira omre\u017enino in ostale storitve tako, da z metodologijo opredeli na\u010dina dolo\u010danja in obra\u010dunavanja omre\u017enine ter ostalih storitev. ODS\u00a0mora pred uveljavitvijo tarifnih postavk omre\u017enine in ostalih storitev na le-te pridobiti soglasje Agencije.\u00a0Od 1.1.2017 dalje se obra\u010dunska enota\u00a0za obra\u010dun omre\u017enine za distribucijo spreminja iz Sm<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> v kWh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na osnovi Akta o metodologiji za obra\u010dunavanje omre\u017enine za distribucijski sistem zemeljskega plina (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uradni-list.si\/glasilo-uradni-list-rs\/vsebina\/2018-01-0907\/akt-o-metodologiji-za-obracunavanje-omreznine-za-distribucijski-sistem-zemeljskega-plina\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ur.l. Uredba med drugim prina\u0161a spremembo na podro\u010dju obra\u010dunavanja oziroma prikazovanja porabe zemeljskega plina in omre\u017enine: zemeljski plin se po 1. 1. 2017 obra\u010dunava v energijskih enotah kWh. Agencija za energijo je sprejela Akt o spremembah in dopolnitvah Akta o metodologiji za obra\u010dunavanje omre\u017enine za distribucijski sistem zemeljskega plina (Uradni list RS 85\/2016), ki podrobneje dolo\u010da pravila obra\u010dunavanja zemeljskega plina v energijskih enotah kWh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaradi poenotenja trga z zemeljskim plinom v Evropi je treba zemeljski plin obra\u010dunavati v energijskih enotah kWh, kar je \u017ee praksa ve\u010dine evropskih dr\u017eav. Nova energijska enota je tudi eden izmed pogojev za transport obnovljivih plinov (bioplin ali sinteti\u010dni metan) po plinovodnem omre\u017eju. To je za slovenski trg pomembna sprememba, saj se je obnovljiv plin do sedaj transportiral le po omre\u017eju v tujini.
