The scope of the inspection body&#8217;s activities is defined in the annex to the accreditation document.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inspections of stable pressure vessels and pipelines are carried out in accordance with the Regulations on Inspection and Testing of Pressure Equipment by users at the place of installation, and inspections of mobile pressure vessels are carried out in accordance with the Regulations on mobile pressure equipment and the European directives in this field at the inspection body&#8217;s location at Plinarni\u0161ka 1, 3000 Celje.<\/span><\/p>\n<span class=\"scroll-to\" data-label=\"Scroll to: #politika-kontrolnega-organa\" data-bullet=\"false\" data-link=\"#politika-kontrolnega-organa\" data-title=\"Politika kontrolnega organa\"><a name=\"politika-kontrolnega-organa\"><\/a><\/span>\n\t<div id=\"gap-1948591711\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-1948591711 {\n  padding-top: 30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<h2 class=\"s-tit bfr-blue\">Inspection body policy<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The pressure equipment inspection policy is part of the policy of ISTRABENZ PLINI d. o. o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Istrabenz Plini Inspection Body carries out inspections of pressure equipment for its own organisation and for external customers within the scope of its authorisation and accreditation, respecting the principles of professionalism, independence and impartiality, and continuously strives to implement new standards and developments in the profession in its inspection procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company&#8217;s management, through the Pressure Equipment Inspection Manager and the Quality Manager, strives to provide the declared quality of service to the parent company and external customers, from the acceptance of items for inspection to the preparation of inspection reports and certificates, and the communication and resolution of any disputed issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<span class=\"scroll-to\" data-label=\"Scroll to: #podrocje-delovanja\" data-bullet=\"false\" data-link=\"#podrocje-delovanja\" data-title=\"Podro\u010dje delovanja\"><a name=\"podrocje-delovanja\"><\/a><\/span>\n<h2 class=\"s-tit bfr-blue\">Field of operation<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pressure Equipment Inspection<\/strong> is a notified body for the performance of periodic inspections (NB 2565), which carries out <strong>Type B<\/strong> inspections of transportable pressure vessels marked with a \u03c0 marking, manufactured under the TPED Directive exclusively for the Istrabenz Plini Group:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cylinders for technical gases: oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, helium and mixtures thereof<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Type C Pressure Equipment Check<\/strong> performs inspections of stable pressure vessels, transportable pressure vessels without a \u03c0 mark (&#8220;old cylinders&#8221;), pipelines and associated safety valves for the Istrabenz Plini Group and for external customers:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stable pressure vessels for liquefied petroleum gas propane\/butane<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stable pressure vessels for liquefied air gases: oxygen, nitrogen, argon<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stable pressure vessels for carbon dioxide<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LPG propane\/butane pipelines<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inspection of the safety valves<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cylinders for technical gases: oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, helium and mixtures thereof<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span class=\"scroll-to\" data-label=\"Scroll to: #splosni-pogoji-poslovanja\" data-bullet=\"false\" data-link=\"#splosni-pogoji-poslovanja\" data-title=\"Splo\u0161ni pogoji poslovanja\"><a name=\"splosni-pogoji-poslovanja\"><\/a><\/span>\n<h2 class=\"s-tit bfr-blue\">General Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working hours for the pressure equipment check at the headquarters of the inspection body: Monday &#8211; Friday from 07.00 to 15.00.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The order for inspection services shall be in writing by means of an order form\/contract. The inspection body shall carry out checks on pressure equipment in accordance with the scope of operation and the approved inspection procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The test subjects are collected and handed over to the customer in the agreed manner, in accordance with the warehousing operation rules. The inspection body is responsible for the test subjects from collection to handover.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before the inspection is carried out, the documentation of the test subjects and evidence of previous inspections shall be handed over to the inspection body by the contracting entity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The pressure equipment inspection shall be carried out within the agreed deadlines, agreed scope and in the agreed manner. Unforeseen\/additional works shall be carried out only with the prior approval of the contracting entity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The work carried out shall be invoiced in accordance with the applicable pressure equipment checking price list or tender\/contract.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information generated or obtained in the course of inspection activities is confidential and treated as such. Where the inspection body is required by law to issue confidential information, or where the inspection body is contractually authorised to do so, the contracting entity must be informed of the information provided.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span class=\"scroll-to\" data-label=\"Scroll to: #pritozbe-in-prizivi\" data-bullet=\"false\" data-link=\"#pritozbe-in-prizivi\" data-title=\"Prito\u017ebe in prizivi\"><a name=\"pritozbe-in-prizivi\"><\/a><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The inspection body has a documented process for receiving, evaluating and deciding on complaints and appeals, which is accessible to all interested parties on request (<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Obrazec-za-pritozbe-in-prizive.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">form attached<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The management of the inspection body undertakes to deal with all written complaints and appeals from contracting entities with the utmost seriousness and in the shortest possible time. In all cases, it will determine eligibility, cooperate with the complainant\/appellant and keep him\/her informed of the progress and outcome of the hearing. The management of the inspection body undertakes to ensure that the investigation and decision on appeals will be free from any discriminatory measures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>An appeal<\/strong> is a request made by the supplier of an object of inspection (the customer) to the inspection body to reconsider a decision it has taken in relation to that object. The appeal therefore relates exclusively to the results of the inspection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A complaint<\/strong> is an expression of dissatisfaction, other than the appeal, which can be forwarded to the inspection body in relation to the activities of that body and to which a response is expected. The complaint may concern any other aspect of the inspection (dissatisfaction with the work of the inspection body, behaviour, communication of inspectors and other staff, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<span
